The Service Center is a secured facility with 24/7/365 Security Guards onsite, Facility
Surveillance throughout the center including outside monitoring, Liebert Uninterruptible
Power Supply (UPS) Battery Backup System, duel Diesel Generators providing a total
of 750 KW of Power, 1,305 pounds of Halon Fire Suppressant with smoke detectors
throughout the data center, and more than 280 tons of Liebert Air Conditioner.
The Service Center is responsible for the daily (24/7/365) operations of the zSeries
mainframe, open system servers, job scheduling, tape handling, printing, system
monitoring, help desk, switch board operators, and mail delivery for ADOA and its
customers.
The Service Center provides processing services to many of the State’s largest agencies,
including the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Arizona Department
of Transportation (ADOT), Arizona Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Arizona
Financial Information System (AFIS), Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR), and processing
of medical claims for the State of Hawaii. Responsible for:
