Our Service Desk Supervisor, Ken Roundtree, has been employed by the State of Arizona for over ten years, starting in 2001 as a Network Administrator for the Registrar of Contractors for his first five years of State service. He also served as an IT Consultant for the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records before taking on his current position here at ADOA. Ken leads a team of six Help Desk Analysts located in our state-of-the-art Data Center.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications degree with an emphasis in Television and Radio Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA, Ken worked in New York for the ABC Television Network, NW Ayer Advertising, and Radio Today, a radio syndication company, before relocating to Arizona in 1990.

He worked in a number of various sales positions before deciding to focus in the area of IT, and received MCP, MCP+I and MCSE certifications from Microsoft soon after. He recently became certified in ITIL v.3 Foundations, and is currently pursuing MCAS certification on the Microsoft Office suite.  A consummate professional, both in the areas of Human Relations and Information Technology, Ken has proven to be a welcome addition to the staff here at ADOA/ISD, as evidenced by his being named ADOA Employee of the year for 2009.
